Showcasing scenic woodlands and a small creek, this sprawling property offers a peaceful and much needed escape from the everyday. Rest and recharge while enjoying your natural surroundings from the covered, wraparound porch and launch kayaks from the private boat slip to cruise the lake or hit a lakeside restaurant. Enjoy backyard barbecues with your own private grill.
The spacious, three-bedroom interior comes well-appointed for comfort with a cozy living area and a separate den with sofa, armchair, and smart TV for casual family lounging. (The fireplace is not operational.) The full kitchen comes equipped for home cooking with plenty of counter space, cookware, and major appliances and the sunny dining area can accommodate up to eight for sit-down meals. While still a work-in-progress, the basement sets the stage for at-home entertainment with foosball, darts, and a card table.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house is well designed, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful yard. Lots of storage/cabinets. A short walk down a little road to get to the dock. One of the neighbors had a boat parked in the dock, but happily moved before we got our boat there. Wish we had longer to stay to enjoy the lake more than just a couple days. WiFi worked good in the house, but not so much on the decks. It was cool too watch the wildlife (foxes, bunnies, deer) in the yard. Great spot and we enjoyed our stay.

Spacious and clean. 2 adult and 2 kid kayaks were very fun to use in the nearby state park. Individual soap, shampoo and conditioners were a nice plus.
