Cute cozy and spacious Lake Anna waterfront condo!

Darker and more run down than we thought it would be. Based on the pictures, we knew that it would be somewhat dated, but there were stains on the master carpet and couch. It had a stale smell and definitely not a "clean" smell. There were a lot of personal items and that makes it uncomfortable for a renter. It was dark inside and I got the impression that the owner left earlier that day and just put out clean towels. Maybe not.... But we decided to leave and stay closer to the baseball tournament.I didn't reach out to complain since I had booked it 2 days prior in a panic when we had a tournament schedule change. I didn't really look at what we were renting. If you have a boat, ask the owner to move their boat from the dock so you can use the marina. My son did fish off the boat slips for about an hour. It looks like this section of the lake (we have stayed in other sections) has milfoil weed too - that's a shame as it's super destructive.

Great place to stay it worked out great Kristie was on point and helpful with a quick response. We would stay here again.

Original price didn't include add on fees. Check in originaly was 3 PM, changed to 4 PM that morning. Didn't get door code until 4 PM. Asked for it prior and received no response. Air conditioner in bedroom closet extremely loud. No top sheet on bed, boytom sheet and bedspread only.

Mixed review. We booked Thurs-Mon rental with check-in anytime after 3pm Thurs. I arrived with my 25yo daughter and her boyfriend around midnight Thursday. My 21yo and her friend had driven down earlier that day, hung at my sister-in-law's 3 miles away, then arrived 20 minutes before we did. My daughter called immediately saying the master bedroom appeared just slept-in, so they were a little freaked out until we got there. Once we arrived, we checked the house and noticed a few things amiss besides the disheveled bedrm (laundry in dryer, lipstick stain on a towel in the bathrm, underwear and socks left in a dresser drawer, pillows messily tossed on couch, an acorn on a bedside table). We stripped all the beds, replaced them with the sheets I'd brought and went to sleep. The beds were very comfy. The appliances (A/C, coffee maker) worked well. An abundance of extra blankets in the guest room closet. It was only minutes from our in-laws where we spent the majority of the visit, only using the place to shower and sleep. Saturday, after a day on the lake, we came back to find ants in the kitchen, but that can happen anywhere. My SIL and her husband rent their place out and said it sounds like the hired cleaner never showed up after the last renters left. I agreed. The place felt "renter-rush-cleaned" not professionally done. So I would stay again, but would definitely want assurance it was cleaned properly before arriving. The overall condo was very spacious. For those bring your on boat this place is within walking distance to the boat launch.

This condo is in a great location to the lake. It was clean and everything was supplied except for the sheets for the bed. I was disappointed that the description for the condo stated that it came with a boat slip, when in fact, the boat slip assigned to the condo already had a boat in the slip. I rented the condo specifically because we wanted a boat slip to use for our boat. I assume the pontoon boat in the slip belonged to the owner of the condo, so I would definitely suggest that the owner or VRBO revise the description that states the condo comes with a boat slip for the renter's use. Other than that, we had a great time and the weather was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay near the lake.

Great spot for our needs. While the house seemed recently used (crumbs under couch), it was all we needed. We’d stay again for sure.
