    First time at this hotel. Amazingly kind staff, very clean rooms and a fascinating breakfast coupled with great location. This was one of the best additions to our Portugal trip… and it is the only place we choose in our next visit.

    Great room - giant in fact, imaculate and well presented. Nice to have a welcome drink on arrival and use of the spa downstairs. Couldn't have asked for a better option for a first visit to Lisbon! Many thanks!

    This was our fourth stay at the hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer a beautiful river view, which makes the stay even more relaxing. The staff truly stand out — especially Ms. Sara and Mr. David — who were extremely welcoming, explained everything clearly, and ensured a smooth and quick check-in process. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The wellness facilities are also fantastic — the indoor pool, sauna, and steam room are clean, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, everything about this hotel is top-class. We always feel well taken care of here, which is why we keep coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. ⭐️😊
