Great location for us to embark on our Silversea cruise. Did the tour of the hotel and the ruins - very interesting. Staff on reception were excellent and we enjoyed our “welcome bubbles”. A great hotel and could have stayed longer.

The beautiful bedroom with huge king bed; the decor in the lobby
I left a Tahari jacket in my room after I checked out. The housekeeping staff have confirmed they found it. But I’m having difficulty confirming the next steps with the hotel. How will they send it to me ?? Their telephone system is terrible. Almost impossible to speak with a human being

Great room with a huge bed and a lovely terrace. The breakfast was rich, varied, and absolutely delicious. The reception staff were extremely helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Lisbon.

The stench on the corridor, the staff smoking in the bathrooms as there are no detectors, no slippers, poor design of the room.
