    Excellent location, especially if travelling by Metro. So many places to eat nearby, and in walking distance of most things. If you want to get away from the heat I recommend a visit to the nearby Castelo Sao Jorge, great view of the city.

    The hotel’s location is unbeatable and by far its greatest advantage. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facilities like the lobby, bar, and restaurant were excellent.

    Hotel is located in a heart of the touristy area, which made it conviently close to lots of sites to see and transportation for the further ones. The room was clean and comfortable.

    Staff wasn’t particularly friendly or helpful. I had a broken suitcase, I could either leave it and bring my other bag up to the room then come back or someone could help me, and they seemed pretty put out by my ask. No help with the door either, so generally inattentive in that regard. I ate there and found the meal to be inexpensive but not quality. The location, while indeed central, can be problematic when the street is closed to taxis/ Ubers. Towels were thick and soft Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Water pressure solid. I appreciate having coffee pods and water in the room .
