Location was good and was quiet, although via car it’s a long way into Ubud centre due to one way roads. But an easy walk.
No big dislikes. Value for money. Maybe just a update

Amazing location, down a quiet street but super close walking distance to great food etc.
Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Pool area god morning and afternoon sun. Staff were great!

2 bedroom Villa is getting pretty dated and a little worn down. Pool had just been treated so was unable to use on day of arrival. Complex seemed empty with us only seeing other guests once throughout our 3 night stay. Kitchen area could do with maintaining. Nice enough area down a little lane with quite a few restaurants etc nearby.

Location and price. Close to yoga, eateries, quiet location.
This is budget accomodation. You get what you pay for. Think backpacker-type budget. Dated facilities but fully functional. Clean, however so dated & due to humid climate bathroom has mould, so too did my pillowcase (but I came prepared and brought my own). Staff keep facilities as clean as possible & kindly kept our luggage safe until check-in.
