Both Brahim and Khalid were amazing staff, we were always welcomed with a smile and any issues or queries were responded to instantly. The Riad is amazing but would be empty without the two of them and their excellent hospitality.
Only thing that would be better is a key to the main door for each guest instead of having to ring the doorbell. This avoids potentially disturbing other guests.

We had a great stay here, especially the hotel manager Ibrahim was great! No matter what it was about, Ibrahim always gave his best to give us the most wonderful time. The staff in general was very courteous and everything went smoothly!

Nice Riad in a good location. Easy to walk in and out the souk. Quiet area/neighborhood. Staff was very helpful, kind and patient. Very accommodating, helpful and always watching out for us - traveled with my daughter. Breakfast was nice esp on the roof terrace, and we loved our one dinner. We had a late flight back home and I had booked an extra night which was perfect so we just had a very early dinner before our flight.
I wouldn't stay in room nr 3 again - 2nd floor overlooking the pool - it smelled pretty bad from time to time and I know there's not much that can be done about it. We spent 5 nights in the RIad and it wasn't bad all times just not very pleasant espl when returning back to the room after a day out exploring. We walked by a few other open rooms who weren't occupied and they also looked a bit newer and brighter. However beds were comfy and air con worked!
