Riad SofYan & Spa

I loved absolutely everything about my stay! From the moment I booked, even before arriving, the communication from the staff was beyond amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make my stay special. I was genuinely amazed by the level of hospitality and how exceptional everything was. A very special thank you to Mouad and Khali — thank you both so much for everything you did and for making my experience so memorable. I truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout my entire stay. The service exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Honestly, nothing. I had such a wonderful experience and wouldn’t change a thing.

It was wonderful to stay in an authentic Riad within the Medina area. The area was surrounded by local people who lived and worked there allowing us to truly experience the culture. The staff , especially Ibrahim , could not have done more for us, they were incredibly kind and helpful. The Sof & yan was a calm oasis in a bustling city. Superb!

It was everything we expected as a boutique Riad.

The stay was beyond what I expected, I have nothing bad to say about it even if I tried. We had 2 stays over a 3 night period and everybody was so friendly and helpful. Khalid was absolutely great with us, making us some gorgeous tea when we arrived late and made us some beautiful breakfast to keep us going for a long couple of days and being very social. The manager was super friendly and cool with us helping us out however we needed. The rooms were quality, the rooftop was quality.

It was clean, well maintained and has all the facilities as listed. The staffs are really hardworking, friendly and helpful. Ibrahim took care of everything. The other guy was also nice and hardworking but i forgot his name. There is always someone present even at night since the staff takes turn for the shifts so everything runs smooth.
