Would only stay in the summer where heating won’t be an issue

Location

Cobwebs everywhere, fuse kept tripping, was left in the cold with 2 children for 20 mins because I was given the wrong lock box code and bare minimal heating

Perfect little stay, clean, comfortable and great location

This was a lovely caravan in very good condition, very clean and comfortable. Was the perfect size for a small family getaway. The owner was in contact before and after the stay and the security deposit was paid back very quickly. The location was perfect for walking down to the Ingoldmells Beach Front or jumping on the bus to get into Skegness

Nothing really A little thing in had to change the gas bottle over, I knew how to do this, someone else may not so maybe some instructions on what to do would be handy

Excellent value for money on a nice plot with all day sunshine on the decking area

An older unit but it had everything we needed and it was clean. Its position had a concrete parking space at the end of it which was really handy. Nice plot with only 1 other van side on to it. The decking at one end was perfectly situated to enjoy all day sun, and into the evening. Two big TVs a nice touch and shower was powerful and as hot as needed. Good location for quick and easy access from the park to the site shop in one direction and seaside shops, food places and Fantasy Island the other. The Beach is lovely there too

Nothing. Great value for money and we slept very well as no one in other caravans made a noise. Also it’s at the cul de sac end of the road so was super peaceful

Great time.

This van is an old one but it had everything we needed. Everything you can think of including air fryer heaters fans and all sorts. Also any issues the owner was very quick to respond and very pleasant. Definitely return.

Great little van, reasonably priced, walking distance to fantasy island, would stay again.

Property was clean, well equipped and easy to find on the site, we were able to enter the van earlier than check in time which was helpful, plenty of small heaters so van was warm through out, plenty of cleaning products provided, onsite family club, close to arcades, walking distance to fantasy island.

Only thing we missed was having free WiFi, signal was awful in the van.

The I13 chase caravan was really comfy and homely! Really enjoyed our stay, perfect for a weekend away, was pleasantly surprised when we walked through the door, the pictures don't do it justice, would definitely book again if available. Really good value for money!!

Nice caravan very clean n cosy.

The owner was on a cruise and had no idea we had booked it very very baddly managed no toilet roll and untill i was challenged by a friend we had zero contact from owner if wasnt for her friend seding us would not have got any keys very baddly run !!!!!!!!
