This was a lovely caravan in very good condition, very clean and comfortable.
Was the perfect size for a small family getaway.
The owner was in contact before and after the stay and the security deposit was paid back very quickly.
The location was perfect for walking down to the Ingoldmells Beach Front or jumping on the bus to get into Skegness

A little thing in had to change the gas bottle over, I knew how to do this, someone else may not so maybe some instructions on what to do would be handy

An older unit but it had everything we needed and it was clean. Its position had a concrete parking space at the end of it which was really handy. Nice plot with only 1 other van side on to it. The decking at one end was perfectly situated to enjoy all day sun, and into the evening. Two big TVs a nice touch and shower was powerful and as hot as needed. Good location for quick and easy access from the park to the site shop in one direction and seaside shops, food places and Fantasy Island the other. The Beach is lovely there too
Nothing. Great value for money and we slept very well as no one in other caravans made a noise. Also it’s at the cul de sac end of the road so was super peaceful

Location
Cobwebs everywhere, fuse kept tripping, was left in the cold with 2 children for 20 mins because I was given the wrong lock box code and bare minimal heating
