This lodge is located perfectly, it as easy access to absolutely everything in the area yet remains a very quiet and calm place to stay , the site itself is very well maintained and immaculate and the staff are very friendly
There are a couple of things I would like to advise and this is just constructive feedback back the main fridge freezer was broken which was disappointing as the weather was hot and we had brought some frozen bits for the children plus ice packs for the picnics on the beach which I have made the host aware of and I am sure this will be addressed, also there is only 1 shelf rack in the oven so you can only cook 1 thing at a time which is awkward at meal times self catering for a few people

We booked has we wanted to extend our holiday. The caravan we stayed at in silver beach was alot better than the one we stayed in, in southview. We was alot closer to shops than southview too. Caravan was perfect. We left some kids toys in the bedroom and colouring books with crayons to give other kids some entertainment. Very happy and hopefully we will book again..

It was well situated and spacious.
There were visible stains on most of the cushions both in the main seating and eating areas. Sitting on the stains made us feel uncomfortable and dirty. The kettle was disgusting inside and we didn’t use it. As there was no veranda we expected some form of folding chairs so we could sit outside but we couldn’t find any. The carpet in the main seating area would benefit washing and cleaning.
