Great pleasant caravan

We booked has we wanted to extend our holiday. The caravan we stayed at in silver beach was alot better than the one we stayed in, in southview. We was alot closer to shops than southview too. Caravan was perfect. We left some kids toys in the bedroom and colouring books with crayons to give other kids some entertainment. Very happy and hopefully we will book again..

Perfection! Worth every penny!!!

Wasn’t sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised! It was so clean, especially considering it was pet friendly. You couldn’t tell at all that there had been dogs there. The location is amazing too. Close to shops, pubs a gorgeous deli, the beach is no more than 5 minutes away, parking was great! Just brilliant!!!

Could do with a curtain against the door as it did get a bit chilly at night. The central heating system is good though. The double bed was a bit lumpy but a duvet over it sorted it!!!

There were ants crawling on the kitchen side whice is unacceptable when foing cooking food and crawling on sofa the caravan isn't very clean to be honest beds are like concrete wouldn't recommend staying here at all

Lovely short stay.

Very clean and tidy. Looked like the duvets and pillows were brand new. Loads of storage in the main bedroom. Was good for what I needed. Only downside for us was the free WiFi was poor, but it didn’t spoil our short break.

It’s was the best, definitely coming back

Great caravan for older children that can keep themselves warm early and end season .

The location and price was great and the fact i could take my dogs, more of a bonus . The caravan was clean , although dated , with silicone everywhere in the kitchen area , and everything wrapped in vinyl . Don't get me wrong it's liveable. Not if you have a toddler that wants to peel it off 🤣. Which he didn't get to do as we caught him straight away .

Lack of heating was a big deal for us . The bedrooms were so cold , 6⁰ in the bedrooms 10⁰ with a small heater on for a 5 month old baby and 2 year old toddler . We had to give our 2nd night up and head home for warmth . Due to lack of sleep on the Saturday night and After watching the racing at the racetrack Sunday . Making it midnight on arrival at home . which is why we booked a caravan to avoid . For the grandkids sake . And the bottom step being so high , on the veranda . I have very bad Arthritis in my spine and hips . And it wouldnt have been a problem if the bottom step wasnt a great drop . Inflicting pain onto me , on descending . Shame really that might have been a regular stay !! Shame really . !!!

Enjoyable stay and would absolutely stay again.

The property has 3 bedroom as well as a pull out bed. It has a separate shower room and toilet. It’s in a quiet location. The bus stops right outside of the site. There is a convenience store and launderette.

I did not like the fact that I got a message when we got home accusing us of making a crack in her fridge whitch was already there and the tap board under the cooker was loose whitch was not our fault maybe the caravan should be inspected more closely befor letting other people in it

Excellent position on site. Site is handy for all attractions plus bus to Skegness via Roman Bank (fantasy island) stops outside and runs constant all day.

Nothing against the site but found very little open after 5.00 pm. Think this is just early season pre-bank holiday weekend.

The caravan was reminding me of the 60s and 70s holidays, with my fa ily.

Not sure how to put heating on, only a gas fire. The bathroom held the condensation from the shower, the window had to be kept open. It was totally basic, but we loved it.

Location was great,easy access to pubs shops and the beach Fantasy Island was a short walk away too Van was spacious enough for 3 adults a dog and an 18month old. Two toilets is lso a big bonus.

The double mattress wasn't really that comfortable, and the kitchen knives could do with either sharpening or new ones.

Lovely site and friendly reception

Toilet seat kept falling off toilet, mop broke so could not dry bathroom floor as was wet with no bath mat also hole/crack in side of shower wall and close horse also broke list goes on not happy with the stay this time,

Fist impressions

Nice large caravan plenty of space for the family.

Not very homely no cushions on the sofa. only one net curtain up in the living room that kept falling down as it was held up with white tac . Had to close the curtains on one side of the van for privacy due to no nets or blinds. Cold van even tho we had heating on my be worth thinking about a curtain at the door or over the living area. No welcome pack so didn't no what we need to do as we left. I cleaned the van as I alway have done in previous vans I have stayed in. Windows inside dirty with droplets on. Dust on top areas and dog hair everywhere. I found the hover and hovered the areas needed. The sofas was the worst for dog hairs. Mattress in main bed room falls of as it is a double just sat ontop of a caravan built in bed base. Overall tho it was very cheap and we did enjoy our stay. Caravan 91

Nice, clean and spacious caravan the little touches of hand cleanser and welcome pack of a cleaning cloth and sponge were useful Staff were pleasant The price was great for a three night stay so a real bargain

The crockery and pans were on the basic side unfortunately There was no mixing bowls or things like that and to cook a breakfast was an impossibility as the frying pan was that small you could only fit two rashes of bacon in it Other than that for the money it was a bargain

The caravan was comfy, in a great location and immaculately clean.

The location was excellent.

I wouldn't say i didn't like anything but there were a couple of things that could be improved. There was no shelf in the shower to put shower gel, shampoo on etc. The bottom step on the stairs of the veranda was far to high and was a large step to the ground. An outside would have been useful. In the kitchen the small draw was broken and not secured at the point i opened the drawer not knowing it was not attached and it feel to the floor just missing my foot.
