Perfect resort for relaxing vacation. Beautiful area. Big apartment fully equipped. Lot of kids activities, a small lake at the resort and a larger one close by for a nice walk around. Everything! It is our second visit, so we are coming back again in the future

Not the property, but the Switz supermarkt in mountain area can be very expensive (11 Euro for 300 gr of chicken fillet, for example). So if you want to save budget, get your groceries in bigger city.

Great experience

Mountain view from the balcony, wow! Beautiful landscape and a nice village within walking distance (bakery, café, restaurants). (In winter, it might be challenging for some cars to drive the zigzag road. However, the regular bus service can manage:-) We appreciated the free access to the pool, table tennis, etc. as well as washing machines+dryers. Cleanliness! Helpful staff. Also the summer card for free chair lift nearby was very useful.

Perhaps, the mattress on the foldable sofa in the sitting room was a little uneven. But NOT really bad!

Excellent location, accessibility arrangements were spot on. Cannot fault anything really. Communication via booking.com chat was possible and responses were prompt and helpful. Even though we couldn't arrive on check in time, we could get the keys with no problem, just had to call the number they provided for assistance.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Adding a washing machine to the room would be helpful. But we went for 4 nights and managed without it just fine.

Amazing Resort!

We loved the scenery and the very clean environment! Beautiful landscape and views. The free access to the spa is great, and it's open quite late so you can really enjoy it. We appreciated how the apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need, and some things are offered. Mini golf and rail access included. Washing machines available. The apartment is extremely clean, modern and well maintained. Parking for your car too. There are a lot of possibilities for families, kids clubs, indoor and outdoor activities. Hiking was great. The staff is very friendly.

The jacuzzi in the spa is quite small, it was often full, there were also a lot of children playing in it, so for adults who were there without kids, it was ok but sometimes quite difficult to enjoy it. It would be great to have 2 hot tubs. A steam room would be great for those who can't do sauna for medical reasons. All the instructions are written in German, since you have international clients it would be nice to at least translate your instructions booklets/cards/machines/service offers at least just in English which is an international language ( or Italian/french) Would be great to Add some lights around the houses, when it's night, leaving the spa at 9.30pm to go back to your flat, it's dark for alone women + Add a gift shop in the resort to buy specialties from the region.

the location is amazing , the resort has small private lake which in warm days is probably used for swiming as well all the things for small kids you need , for toddlers they have ply room with amazing toys and for teenegers as , the pool and changing rooms are very very clean . breakfast is possible to be booked and delivered to your door for a very fair price. amazing

Relaxing family stay.

Modern, well maintained and designed flats. Relaxing environment. Good facilities for children. Useful breakfast delivery service.

- No lift to get to the flat. - A bit in a hole. No wide view like the Brigels town has. - Swimming pool wardrobe chaotic. No lockers. Clothes jus laying around everywhere. A sign that shoes should be removed outside but the wardrobe is completely wet. - No dinner or organised delivery. Self pickup in walking distance though (Restaurant Vinzenz).

Great family getaway for some ski and relax

Great accommodation right next to the ski lifts. The indoor heated pool was very nice to play with our baby daughter. They also offer breakfast service from a local bakery, which is nice to have it delivered to your door.

Lovely apartments with beautiful views

Beautiful and peaceful place. Apartment had all we needed, view was excellent and beds were comfortable. Quality overall was good too. Complex surroundings are lovely and well presented. People in the local village are very friendly. Sauna and swimming pool are clean and organised. Extra towels were always available. Water and sauna temperatures were comfortable. Staff were polite, efficient and courteous. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return on winter to enjoy the snow. P.S. This neither positive nor negative, just an observation. Some guests prefer to visit saunas nude. This may or may not be comfortable for different people. Just something to keep in mind.

Vegetable peeler and pasta drainer were not clean. The former has remaining pieces of vegetables on it and the latter had spaghetti on it respectively. Not sure why they were put back into the kitchen drawers in this state. Probably, cleaning in between guests stays should be improved. Bin is expected to be sorted and disposed of into special boxes at a designated place on the street. But the wholes in those boxes were so small that we could not fit it in and had to leave it in the apartment. Perhaps, if sorting bin is so important (we support that) room size boxes should be placed into apartments. This way it can be more efficient. Changing rooms in spa area do not have lockers. Although it is Switzerland, we were not very confident leaving some clothes (expensive) just like that. And did not have any other clothes with us. Had to take it with us in a bag everywhere. This, probably, should be communicated in advance. We would have taken proper bags and clothes for this situation. Slippers (from rubber for safe walking on wet floor) and bathrobes are not provided. Bathrobes can be rented, though. We did not know about slippers, this was unfortunate.

Beautiful setting, really clean tidy apartment. Loved the kids games in the room! The pool and spa were great - good check in service due to covid. The kids playroom was incredible. I could take a book with me and hide upstairs whilst they played. Really awesome place. Will be back!

And extra pillow or 2 in the apartment.

A really nice break in a beautiful peaceful mountain village

The apartment was very nice and the outside patio was great. The pool kept the kids happy and it was wonderful to be able to eat at La Famusa restaurant in the evenings. The breakfast delivery service was excellent.

The apartment had not been cleaned very well when we arrived. There were peanuts under the curtains in the bedroom. Also, i thought that the pool area was not kept very clean. Considering that there were only limited numbers of people allowed into the pool (due to COVID), i would have expected a higher degree of cleanliness.

Great spot with plenty of ski options.

Apartment was great and very clean and well equipped. Tough to find food in the area. The ski resort is pretty cool even for an advanced skier, but just for a day or two. Cool little area, 30 min to Laax, Disentis, Mundaun so lots of options in the area, incl for cross country too.

It is really mainly for families, but definitely did not bother us at all.

Ein perfekter Ort für die ganze Familie

Die Wohnungen sind perfekt ausgestattet, die neuen Betten extrem bequem. Pradas Resort denkt wirklich an alles. Die Location, direkt am Skilift, ist kaum zu schlagen. Der Übungs-Hügel für Anfänger und Kinder direkt neben dem Resort macht es noch besser. Dazu: Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurants sind alle in Laufentfernung. Man braucht dort kein Auto. Und die Spa-Landschaft sieht auch nach 10 Jahren aus wie frisch eröffnet. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben uns komplett selbst versorgt.

Nicht dass es uns nicht gefallen hat, aber eine Anmerkung ! Im Haus Nr. 21 , Wohnung 2162 sind in der Spülmaschine beidseitig die Gummis lose und müsste dringend repariert werden. So lässt sich der untere Korb ganz schlecht einschieben, ist ein Gefummel !
