Like a warm, cozy hug

From the moment we arrived, we felt really welcomed and were even given an upgrade to a spacious room. The spa was beautiful with the outdoor jacuzzi being a favorite. We also loved the little touch of free sparkling water in the hall fridge. Slept like a baby too!

Very nice Hotel, lots of detailed decoration items, wellness area very clean, quite and everything was working well. Wellness is not large but it has everything one needs for a 3 day stay.

I find the prices for Dinner high. Well, the meals are well presented and well cooked. But still, the prices are rather high (also for swiss people)

Exceptional (in spite of the Furka and Oberalp Passes),.

Breakfast was lovely.

Possibly there could have been more variety in the entertainment provided. The multi-instrumental pianist was good but there might have been some music style changes...something a little quieter for dinner, perhaps.

Fantastic Stay

Loved that it is located part of a small town up in the mountains Suite was modern & spacious Staff were really friendly, they spoke English and German, shout to Rosa from italy & her colleagues at the resturant. Shout out to Heike at reception 👏 It is a dog friendly hotel, it was nice seeing them around. We ate at the hotel daily, food was yummy. They took care of us as we were celebrating our second mini honeymoon and they offered us a small cake and chocolates with a hand written note. Room service is done twice a day which is cool There is an underground garage for cars. Spa and staff were amazing They provide you with water in the room, coffee and tea, hiking backbag and umbrellas.

It was flies matting season so they were everywhere. No AC at the facility which I understand as mostly you open windows but no nets on windows as well and thats why we ended up with a spider in the room on the last day

Fantastic hotel, amazing spa and restaurant, but not cheap!

The spa is outstanding, worthy of a 5-star hotel! They even expanded the infrastructure compared to our previous stay with the addition of three outdoor bubble baths. The restaurant is also amazing! We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and we had a really great time every evening, we tried all desserts and nearly every meal on the menu, and we weren't disappointed once! Breil is also super charming, with some really nice local products.

Our room was in the main building and it could get a bit noisy in the evening (only if you want to sleep very early, though). Value for money is okay, but not great, especially considering that Breil is a very charming, but very small resort.

Ich bin sehr selten 2x in dem gleichen Hotel, das La Val werde ich definitiv auch ein 3. Mal buchen. Es ist für mich der Inbegriff für Bergromantik mit einem super Spa-Bereich.

Unser Kurzurlaub (4 Nächte) war sehr erholsam.

Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, grosse Auswahl, qualitativ sehr gute Lebensmittel, schön präsentiert. Schöner Speisesaal, abends ist er das Hauptrestaurant. Zur Weihnachtszeit an mehreren Standorten schön dekorierte Weihnachtsbäume. Willkommensdrink. Fumoar mit ordentlicher Zigarrenauswahl und Kaminfeuer, sehr geschätzt. Sehr freundliches, geduldiges und kompetentes Personal. Check in und Check out unkompliziert, persönlich, schnell und logisch. Bequeme Betten und Kopfkissen. Raumgrösse und Raumaufteilung ideal für eine kleine Familie, viel Platz, viel Stauraum in diversen Holzschränken. Guter Zugang zum Spa Bereich. Grosszügiger Saunabereich, Nacktzone, ab 16 Jahren, sehr geschätzt. Stets gibt es Früchte, eine Nussmischung, Tee und Orangenwasser im Spa Bereich. Gut gemachte Rückenmassage, wohltuende Gesichtsbehandlung. Gepflegte Bar, geöffnet bis 23:00 Uhr, sehr geschätzt. Gut zugängliche Tiefgarage, ausreichend breite Parkplätze. Gute Lage des Hotels, 5 Gehminuten vom Dorfkern.

Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant Miracle war sehr steif und nicht kinderfreundlich. Offiziell ab 16:00 Uhr kein Zugang mehr zum Spa Bereich für Kinder. Dies ist nicht praktikabel, da die Kinder z. B. bis 15:30 Uhr Skiunterricht haben und danach auch noch baden wollen. Dies sollte man wirklich ändern. Zuverlässige, tägliche Raumreinigung. Leider wird nur mit dem Staubsauger gereinigt, jedoch sollte der Boden nass aufgewischt werden. Der Innenpool ist recht klein. Die Wassertemperatur des Innenpools ist deutlich zu tief. Zeitweise ist auch die Wassertemperatur des Aussenpools (des Whirlpools) zu niedrig, vor allem bei Kälte und tagsüber. In einem der Badezimmer hartnäckiger Geruch nach Kanalisation. Bitte einmal die Abflüsse gut durchspülen / Entkalken.

Tolle Auszeit

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, super Essen und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Wir hätten es auch länger als drei Tage ausgehalten. Es ist toll zum Wandern.

Der Ruhebereich des Spa war nicht so gross und leider besetzt von Menschen, die z.T. eine Stunde in der Massage o.ä. waren. Hier sollte man darauf aufmerksam machen, dass das gegenüber anderen Gästen nicht fair ist. Wir mussten dann zurück ins Zimmer. Im Sommer könnte man draussen liegen.

Eine Oase der Ruhe in traumhafter Lage! Wir haben uns wunderbar gefühlt! Das Hotel ist wunderschön, von der Einrichtung bis zum Komfort. Sehr freundliches Personal, von der Rezeption (vielen Dank für das Zimmer-Upgrade) bis zum sehr netten Servicepersonal. Sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Der Spa-Bereich, perfekt für ein paar Stunden Entspannung! Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

die Dusche in der Badewanne ist für ältere Menschen nicht wirklich ideal auch war die Abtrennung nicht dicht und eher zu schmal. Das Abendessen ist sehr gut aber auch teuer..... klar werden alles gute Zutaten verwendet und regional eingekauft, aber will man für eine Bouillonsuppe wirklich Fr. 14.-- ausgeben?

Erholsamer und rundum schöner Wohlfühl-Aufenthalt in Brigels im Hotel LA VAL. Kommen gerne wieder

Der Capucchino und auch der Espresso waren hervorragend und wurden an den Tisch gebracht. Also keine SB-Kaffeemaschine, das schätze ich sehr. Gute Frühstücksauswahl, frisches und ausgesuchtes Backwerk, feine Eierspeisen..., Frischkäse, Kräuterquark oder andere Aufstriche könnte man noch ergänzen. Wunderschöner SPA-Bereich, sauber und Top-gepflegt. Tolle Speisekarte und sehr gute Küche. Ausgesprochen freundliche Mitarbeitende!

Super freundliches Personal, Traumhaftes Hotel und Wellnessbereich.

Restaurant dürfte bodenständiger sein. Tiere erlaubt 😃, dass Frühstückspersonal aufgrund des Eitterung etwas übel riechende Hunde streichelt und ohne Handewaschen Kaffee und Frühstück serviert, fanden wir wenig hygienisch.

Soggiorno all’altezza delle aspettative, servizio gentile e cura impeccabile degli ambienti. Spa confortevole e molto funzionale. Colazione piacevolissima interna o nel giardino esterno con assortimento e fragranza garantiti.

Unico neo rispetto all’eccellenza di tutto il resto lo abbiamo riscontrato nelle preparazioni un po’ deludenti del ristorante . Ciò nonostante torneremo molto volentieri .

Das Zimmer war echt top. Super sauber und toll ausgestattet. Von der Espressomaschine, über die Regendusche bis hin zum Smart TV alles da. Wellnessbereich sehr sauber und schön. Für uns das Tophotel für unseren Bikerurlaub.

Der perfekte Rahmen für unsere Auszeit zu zweit.

Wir wurden mit einem Upgrade überrascht. Hatten eine wunderschöne Suite mit einem äusserst bequemen Bett und geräumigem Bad. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber. Feines Frühstück, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Spa-Bereich ist klein, aber für unsere Bedürfnisse ausreichend. Wir fühlten uns auf diskrete Weise sehr verwöhnt! Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schönes Hotel, aber das Essen ist leider nicht für Jedermann. Preis-Leistung stimmt darum eher nicht

Wellnessbereich toll, Zimmer sehr schön. Lage sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, vor allem im Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet.

Das Nachtessen, zu viel "Möchte-Gern-Gourmet", die Speisekarte ist sehr speziell. Ich hatte ein Poulebrüstchen mit ein wenig Gemüse, nichts Spezielles, aber komplett überteuert. Keine Teigwaren, oder Pommes als Beilagen.

Das Essen genügt m.E. nicht hohen Ansprüchen. Gewisse Speisen sind sehr gut, andere sind qualitativ nicht auf hohem Level, z.B. das Fleisch. Auch die Auswahl ist nicht besonders gut. Lieber einfachere Gerichte, die dafür qualitativ absolut überzeugen.
