The host offered us a pot of tea on arrival which was very welcomed and in morning she made a yummy breakfast.
Thank you . The place is in a lovely quiet area and bed lovely and comfortable..I slept well.
It is a little tight to park but nothing can be done about that .

Kate was an amazing host. She welcomes us personally and we had a longer, interesting chat over a delicious breakfast.
The room is very clean and comfortable, with a good shower.
It’s an easy walk to Mote Park and the town.

Quiet location. Friendly landlady. Nice breskfast
Parking was a bit tight on the drive with very little space to reverse in or out without using the neighbours drive. Street parking would have been a bit of a walk away.
