Delighted to have a spacious apartment with all facilities as listed. Despite the very central location the room was quiet. Worked brilliantly for a visit to family. Very secure.

Nothing springs to mind. Plenty of hot water for showers and light. Heaters and an electric fan available.

Fantastic location, and the studio was a pleasure to stay in....initial mix-up was quickly sorted out, a lovely guy, thank you.....I'd happily stay again, you have all you need for a lovely stay.,...

No problems, no complaints

Good size apartment. Close to Maidstone town centre and local shops and amenities. We were attending an event at Mote Park which was a 5 minute taxi ride away, probably walkable in 20 - 25 minutes if you knew the way. Despite the shortcomings (see below) the apartment itself was very pleasant and had everything you would need for a few days stay.

The host advised there was some disruption due to building work nearby...but what they didn't say was the builders were using the entrance alleyway as access to the site. Consequently the alleyway was very uneven, unlit and partially blocked by building materials (had to squeeze between bags of sand an cement and a brick wall leading to getting dust over clothing and baggage. The door entry system, although easy, was temperamental and required several attempts to get it to unlock. The door to the apartment opens outwards onto a small landing meaning you have to stand on the stairs to open the door. As this property is an apartment presumably it is intended for stays of several days, in which case some more comfortable chairs would have been appreciated - there were only two hard kitchen chairs. Not good to sit on for any length of time.
