Good location for us due to proximity to family and friends.
Apartment was in the loft with velux windows, they were all covered with dirt and one didn’t work which was annoying g as we hit the heatwave, we had to visit friends a lot to keep cool, we also bought a fan.
Probably not the best location in the property in middle of summer, would have been hot even without the heatwave ! Mattress did not fit bedstead, so larger mattress or smaller bedstead to fit the smaller mattress would be good, and give a bit more room around the bed!

Location and property had all it needed.
The roof windows did not have a tool to allow to open and close with ease.
