BridgeCity Lovely Studio Apartment Free Parking in Maidstone

Ground floor, comfortable bed, good laundry facilities (upstairs), easy check in and check out (key box), supermarkets and restaurants, churches and Maidstone town and Mote park close by.

The apartments are very close to the main road and a major junction so traffic was very noisy, day and night. Turning into the car park could be difficult at times as the entrance is directly after the traffic lights and many drivers were impatient when they had to slow down to allow us to turn. There was an issue with the bathroom fan not working, someone did try to help but it still didn't work and the switch needs to be replaced. As people who usually recycle a lot of packaging, we found it odd not to separate our rubbish and just discard everything into one bin. We would suggest that some sort of recycle bins would help.

Good location, nice large windows/rooms were spacious. Nice to have a large fridge/freezer, oven and hob to cook. Bathroom was nice and warm, with hot water. Bright and felt safe at night. The building is nice and looks maintained. It's good to have the option of free parking, although I did not gave a car.

It wasn't very clean, stains on the carpet, bed frame and sheets. I wasn't provided with shower gel. I was only given 2 toilet rolls, 1 bin liner, practically empty hand soap, dish soap and used dish cloths, gross! There was a strange smell in the apartment and the pans were dirty. No caffetiere. Being on the ground floor, I couldn't have the blinds open because there was no privacy screens and I couldn't have the windows open at night because there was no locking system in place.

Very noisy road outside. Had to keep windows closed despite the hot weather because so noisy. Gravel outside window which cars parking insight drive on was really noisy.
