Cooking/eating utensils a bit greasy. Needed a good clean before use. Not really an issue, just a bit disappointing.

It has all you need for a convenient stay.

It can be quite hot in summertime.

Ground floor, comfortable bed, good laundry facilities (upstairs), easy check in and check out (key box), supermarkets and restaurants, churches and Maidstone town and Mote park close by.

The apartments are very close to the main road and a major junction so traffic was very noisy, day and night. Turning into the car park could be difficult at times as the entrance is directly after the traffic lights and many drivers were impatient when they had to slow down to allow us to turn. There was an issue with the bathroom fan not working, someone did try to help but it still didn't work and the switch needs to be replaced. As people who usually recycle a lot of packaging, we found it odd not to separate our rubbish and just discard everything into one bin. We would suggest that some sort of recycle bins would help.

Space and location

Dirty, uncomfortable bed. Noisy with windows open and too hot with them closed.
