    Staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaner has done a wonderful job cleaning and tidying the room because after the long day of exploring all we want to do is sleep on a fresh sheet and dry ourselves on the fresh towels. The room itself spacious for a city centre hotel. The air-conditioning was so quiet that we didn't hear it at all. We have been stay in a few hotels these last 2 months and the air-conditioning was loud. Sometimes we might hear the room next door talking or flushing toilet but we don't hear anything at all apart from the tram as it go past the hotel but we were on the 1st floor so kind of expectedit a bit. Having said that it didn't bother us really as we go out most of the day and everything was so good in general. A little note the hotel is on the road that taxis/Uber/Bolt can't get to but you can just get drop off the next road and its like a minute to walk but the roads are like cobbled so if you have heavy suitcases might be a little difficult. We didn't know this and got dropped off the next road and the Uber didn't speak English so we were a little confused but quickly found our way. All in all the hotel and staff are great and we will definitely stay again.

    We had a lovely stay at Eurostars In Lisbon. The staff were extremely attentive and Alyson on reception couldn't have been better. Our room was great and the bed was very comfortable.

    A modern boutique hotel with fantastic location. At the check- in counter you will be welcomed by nice and accommodating staff especially Lucas who was very kind. There is welcome drink and yummy custard cream pie which is a delicacy in Lisbon. Located in heart of the city where everything is there ( shops, restaurants, the tram and the square, you will enjoy walking and exploring the area. The room is very clean with a nice scent. And oh, I have to mention the lighting is just superb from the hallway to the room. Everything is modern. Will definitely book this hotel when I comeback.

    I couldnt find fault with this well located hotel in Old Town. It is in a pedestrian area so Uber wont be able to drop you off but its just a short 1 minute walk away. Refreshments await you, pastel de nata and champagne. I love the cleanliness of the room and how they clean it. It is modern and new. It even has a towel warmer and a separate bidet. I would come back here again.
