    Hotel is OK but just meter from tram track. From early in the morning till 1pm tram runs next to hotel and you can't sleep.

    Lovely boutique hotel. Nice staff and a good breakfast. Quite noisy from the room above and trams outside but just the downside of staying in central Lisbon.

    We were allocated a double room with no window, just a door overlooking a 18 metre well which apparently is owned by the neighbouring church. Our room had no natural light and at night we were disturbed by security lights within the well which lit up our room (as if our room lights were on) preventing us from a decent nights sleep. Therefore we were so tired by the end of our visit and sadly will not return.
