This unit has amazing views of the ocean, poolside and mountains. The grounds are meticulous and beautiful. Tiki torches at night. Pub height table on the lanaii which allows access to the view instead of looking through rails. Walk down the stairs and you're at the ocean, pool or 8 miles Coconut Coastal Trail. The room has everything needed, super clean, comfy, owner also has beach chairs and a cooler to use. Kappa'a is a great location. Coconut Market offers a lot and is right across the parking lot. Love this place. Have stayed there twice now and would go back.
I am not a fan of the pillows and that is all I didn't like.

It had a great view, with great access to pool and tike bar downstairs. It was clean, with an A.C. unit. Fridge, microwave, a welcome basket, snack and welcome greetings card. Very pleasant welcome and stay. Access to nearby shops and restaurants was top-notch!
It was a great place, not much to complain about. If I were pressed, I'd say a a stove top, or hotplate would have been nice, but I understand that increases risk of fire and other unwanted situations. And it would have been more expensive, with those, so I get it.

Location to the beach, restaurants and shopping was great!
The apartment floor and tub could have been cleaner.
Mattress moved on the platform, not a full kitchen. No stove top, no oven and no toaster oven. Microwave very small. Coffee pot small and coffee provided was for ten cups at a time. No coffee condiments provided. Sink was very small. Minor repairs needed throughout. No place to put groceries, plates to large for cabinet. Tried closing that cabinet door several times.
Small things individually but the more you notice they collectively are irritating.
