The resort is fantastic and so welcoming, awesome swimming pool and jakuzi, and right next to the sea. The whole area and gardening are so pretty. Having restaurants in the complex is great too (we liked Johnny's Wingz N Tingz). The market was also very useful. And Safeway is not that far for heavier grocery shopping.
Amazing location - close to many attractions, and to the airport.
The apartment was comfortable. We did leave a swimming suit in the balcony and it disappeared, so better not leave things outside (maybe a rooster grabbed it...)
Very compact (not a lot of space in the apartment).
The dishes were not clean.

loved the location, beautiful grounds, on the beach.
The unit had a water leak, and it had a slight smell. the kitchen area was smaller then I expected. would have been nice to have some coffee or tea just a few days worth.
price was deceiving because the price I thought I was paying was actually less then half the actual cost due to the taxes not being told to me up front. I thought I was getting charged less the $500 actual cost was over $1000. I would have liked it if I knew that up front--I know taxes are high in Hawaii--but it would be more honest and up front to know the total cost initially.
