This place was just as described. It had everything we needed for out accommodations. The fridge and small appliances were perfect for being able to make light breakfasts and lunches. The bed was comfortable. The a/c really helped on the hotter days. But the absolute best part of this place was a tie between the location and the lanai. The only thing better than the view was Starting and ending every day on a peaceful stretch of the ocean.

Great home base to discover Kauai! The property and grounds are very clean, and you have a nice view of the ocean from the room.

It was just ok. The room is fine, several towels were stained, smell of mildew and should just be replaced. A nightstand on both sides of the bed and a light source for the lanai would be helpful. Two beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small cooler is provided though they are older. Bathroom is spacious, shower has good water pressure. Location is good. Very well manicured property with pool, hot tub and pool bar. The host was responsive but didnโt seem flexible to adjust check in and check out times without nickel and diming you. All was as described so there were no surprises, but just didnโt get that aloha hospitality feeling that we have been shown by other hosts.
