Fantastic location. Every aminity around the area made the trip so enjoyable. The room was perfect for me and my wife.

The property is great. Grounds are clean, poolside is just right. We liked the boardwalk for some exercise and the beach is nice ambiance for relaxing (but there's better beaches on Kauai). The room is a studio, so know that it's not huge. I wouldn't want to try to cram 4 people in this and the kitchenette is tiny to the point of dainty. But for the price you get good value. Surprisingly well equipped for the size and great bathroom. If you want a sunrise room (we did) this one is perfect.

Front desk was not friendly because we rented from vrbo, unit was ok but is in desperate need of updates, because we rented from vrbo we were not allowed to use onsite laundry facility we had to select a facility somewhere else on the island. Other than those things it was ok. Good location.
