Unit is small, but clean and more than adequate. No problems really. Likely because of covid restrictions there were no towels at the pool. Having a cooler and beach chairs in the room was a pleasant and useful surprise. Would like clearer instructions in how to use the TV.

Nice view of the ocean from the lanai. It was nice sleeping to the sound of the ocean just footsteps away. Coconut marketplace and many other shopping and dining options close by. The property is clean, updated, granite counters, travertine floors. The bed was comfortable. Fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, utensils, cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels provided. Beautiful landscaping on the property. Pool, hot tub, and grill are nice.

The visit was great in most respects. Loved the location. I have only a few concerns. First, I thought this condo was on the ground floor. I suppose that might have been my mistake. I wish we had known how many establishments were still closed. A heads up about traffic would have been helpful, but that is not really your responsibility.
It was a wonderful visit.

Nice cozy unit with beach chairs to carry the few steps to the beach. Can hear the surf as you fall asleep. Watched the waves break as we sipped our morning coffee on the balcony. Owners very responsive.
