The location was so good right by the beach and close to everything, the amenities were great and it was spacious and confortable
I liked everything, I missed not having more hangers for the towels, as we are four people and need to hang the four towels of the shower plus the beach ones but other than that everything was perfect

L entretien parfait de la résidence ça grouille d agents d entretien qui sont tous plus discrets les uns que les autres et très souriants
La piscine front de mer nous y avons était tous les matins

Avec une petite plaque de cuisson ça aurait été encore mieux mais on c est débrouillé nous avons appris à cuire des pâtes au micro-ondes et des œufs dures

The grounds is nice with a nice partial view of the ocean from the balcony. It is a central location that is walkable to the Coconut Grove Marketplace, Paradise Bakery, kid friendly Lae Nani beach, and shared public pathway along the waterfront.
The room is on the third floor. There is no elevator to the third floor. So if you have a lot of stuff to bring to your room, it is a hassle to walk up the stairs to the room. The air conditioning unit was not blowing cold air and had a mildew smell to it. We opened up the balcony sliding door for most of the day to circulate the air while having the fan on. A couple of the pillows smelled like a gym shirt.
