Усмихнат и озивчив персонал! Направиха ми компюимент с огромно студио в което семейството ми се чувстваше прекрасно! Благодаря на всички! Камериерките бяха отзивчиви и се грижеха за смяна на кърпи и халати! Споделих с близки и приятели за прекрасното обслужване! Отново ще посетим хотела с компания!Още веднъж Огромни Благодарности!

Закуската беше разнообразна и достатъчна като асортимент.Може да се подобри качеството на кафето.
На вечеря е хубаво да има вода или от автомат като при закуската или цената и да бъде по-приемлива.Всички гости си поръчват на вечеря някакъв вид алкохол и вода,така че, бихте могли да помислите за цената!

The facilities of the hotel are good, but it is not a 5 star quality.
The food in the restaurant is not very good and is not what is expected from a 5 star hotel. The towels are old and you can not change them in the SPA when they are already wet. There should be at least water free of charge in the spa area. There were people smoking and drinking in the pools and the staff did not do anything to stop them.
