Basic room with a bed and room is spacious.

Is clean and sufficient hanging rack for one person. Bathroom is quite clean, of course depends on people staying there as well. Easy to communicate with the person for check in or questions.

No toilet paper! Otherwise, okay.

The room was nice and true to the pictures online. Due to self-check-in, you are not limited by a late flight. Not filthy.

The shared bathroom was not manadged well. I understand that a shared bathroom is hard to manage, but we arrived late after the supermarkets were closed, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I would expect that, just as there were towels waiting in the room, there would also be toilet paper or more provided in the bathroom, and not so little that it runs out or someone wants to save it for themselves. We contacted the facility, and their reaction was: "Someone probably took it in their room." We had to wait until the morning and, right at 7 o'clock when shops opened, buy toilet paper ourselves for 6 euros. If we had known that, we would have taken toilet paper from home. I don't want to go into too much detail, but you can imagine how this can be a big issue. Also, in a shared facility, I would expect the shower and toilet to be separate; if someone is taking a shower and brushing their teeth, you may have to wait a long time.

Very pleasant stay

It is located in the downtown, 10 minutes from the main train staton. The room was clean and comfortable. The wifi was good. The staff-owner was helpful.

A bit expensive for what they offered but overall its pleasant

Quite good location. You can reach the airport with direct bus 1 but this bus runs only till 1:30 am. The shared bathroom was clean. I think they cleaned like twice per day but I stayed during the week so it might be that there were not many guests staying at the same time. I could watch primevideo as well but not sure if its provided by the host. The key box is convenient. Around are cafes, restaurants and supermarket. It takes 20-30m on foot to go to the Citta Alta.

The room is absolutely no sound proof so be prepared for noise from the next room. There should be a window iso a big door to the balcony. The host is not friendly but efficient enough. The taxi service costs 30e.

it was good overall

It was very comfy and cozy! we liked everything about the apartment, so clean good atmosphere. the apartment was pretty private, There was a good quality TV with youtube premium and Netflix. very relaxing honestly ❤️

Only for short stays, decent

Modestly furnished room, okay for 1-2 nights. Check-in instructions were precise and clear and we easily entered the room. Calm at night, close to bus stations.

Should be equipped better - for example, there's only one chair, one night table, 2 big towels and 1 small, which wasn't enough for 3 days. Bathrooms easily gets dirty since it's shared by several rooms.

We used the apartment just for sleeping and it was great for that. It was clean and looked just like in the pictures. The check-in was easy.

The hallway smelled like tobacco and the walls of the room were paper-thin.

Location great but bathroom and the noise...

Location was very nice. Also communication with the Hotel was very ok and they were very helpful with responding.

The noise was just too much. We spent here two days in the row and couldn´t sleep first night at all and second wasn´t great as well. Somebody was screaming and slamming the door pretty much all night. In the morning when we came out of the room the hall was smoked out by cigarettes, long black hair all over the hall and the bathroom.

Very clean walking distance to train station

The room was very clean and sheets and towels were amazingly white .and bathroom regularly cleaned throughout the morning.lots of parking in gated area. Air con ok .quite at night easy to find.key safes .Good communication .large room

Shared bathroom between 6 apartments only two others booked while I was there and it was a challenge to use when required. Pity no coffee/ tea making facilities. But cafes near by .Close to train station flat walk area little concerning but we walked it 1.30 am daytime is fine .broken window catch so not easy to get onto shared balcony. Not sure it would be great to have a room by the bathroom

Passable

The room was a good size for 2. The bed was really comfortable. Also the shared bathroom was clean. We could. watch netflix on the TV.

We could not open the balcony/window, so we couldn't get much fresh air. There was a weird smell in the room as if someone was smoking there before, and it was there the whole time.

Proper accommodation for a short-term visit

The place was well located in the city center of Bergamo. The place had an air-condition, hot water and all the necessities for having a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately I couldn't sleep properly with the provided pillows which were too hard and too high and caused therefore neck aches. Furthermore, the mutual bathroom of the other rooms was just separated from our bathroom via some glass tiles. Therefore we could here every sound of the other bathroom in our room.

The communication with the owner was a bit difficult, since they don't speak English. We couldn't get through the gate to the apartment complex, because our key worked only from the inside.

Decent accommodation for a short stay

The hotel was easy to find and fairly central. The actual room was nice and clean.

First off, it is not a hotel, more like a hostel with individual rooms and a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom was quite unclean and the walls between rooms are thin so you could hear all neighbouring guests. For an automatic hotel, the host was a bit too involved with the checkout, trying to call me and messaging in the morning about when we would be leaving the room.

Lack of communication, no fridge, messy room, no internet connection = no netflix, not enough space for personal items, just simple room with 1 bed and sour smell, food under the bed, dirty bed sheets. Looks like in prison. Only good thing -location.

Big room, Wi-Fi connection was more than moderate. 10min by foot from railway station. Clean room and bathroom cleaned every day.

Thin walls and doors are cardboard, everything what’s doing neighbors is heard. Water in bathroom and shower was warm but not hot at all.

Someone tried to break into the bathroom while I was showering. Be careful. The bathroom was dirty, the towels too, afraid to use it. I don't even want to think if the sheets were clean. In addition, the person from the reception suggested that I took the key to the room with me after checking out.

Amazing location, ten minute walk from the train/bus station, close to great restaurants and cafes, close to everything you can need.

Smelt heavily of smoke in common areas (room didn't get the smoke smell), walls are thin and the neighbors talk at random hours in the night and have alarms that go off at weird times, and the bathroom was quite dirty.
