A small and comfortable b&b about a 10 mins walk from the train station. The owners appear not to live on the premises so I had to phone when I arrived to check-in etc. Thankfully, I was able to use my Lycamobile phone so It all worked perfectly well.

buffet adequate but have to ask if you want more coffee
walk from station to hotel along Bonimelli (1st turning from station) at night can be intimidating as dodgy characters hang about along it - ok in day time, but at night might want to use the next road up instead
B&B in quiet dimly lit corner, so again need to be careful. That said, nothing happened! :-)
