Ksar Anika Boutique Hotel & Spa

Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful. We had a problem opening our suitcase, and they did everything they could to help us. I was also travelling with my daughter, and to make our stay more comfortable, they upgraded our room to a suite so that she could have her own space. It was absolutely amazing. They were helpful at every moment, and we truly felt like family rather than anonymous guests. When we were leaving, they gave us some lovely local body and hair care products. They knew we were travelling to the ocean, so they also prepared some food and snacks for us to take on the road. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would like to thank the entire team for the wonderful time we spent there.

I liked everything

The property is gorgeous. The beautiful architecture included marble and colorful tile everywhere. The staff was very accommodating. They even packed me a lunch because I had a late flight.

If anything, it was a little tucked away, but still less than 10 minutes walking distance from all of the restaurants and shops.

Breakfast fantastic, friendly staff. Super-comfortable bed. Gift when departing :) Little bag of airplane sandwiches/fruit - much appreciated!

Room a bit dark as we were on the ground floor. I imagine the upper floor rooms are brighter.
