Great location for my trek in the Atlas Mountains.

Hot water not available all the time, plus I couldn't get internet in my room.

The hotel architecture and internal decorative walls were amazing! The markets, mosque and museums were all within walking distance. The general atmosphere gave feeling of being immersed in the culture. The beds were firm and comfortable. It felt very quiet and relaxing in the hotel. Staff were all generally helpful and friendly.

Breakfast could be significantly improved. There were quite a lot of items but most of them cold and inedible. Better to instead have fewer but better quality items. Even having more juices, fruits would be good. Also cover up the food in better containers to prevent the bees and birds getting to them e.g. pastry buns always had bees on them! Breakfast was to start from 7 am. But on 2 days, when got up early for our excursions, when we were at breakfast venue at 7 am there was only one staff member slowly starting to put out the breakfast at around 7.10 am, so we had to rush our breakfast to finish by 7.20 am for our excursions.

The room we stayed in happens to be so small for a twin room. It was not a standard 2 single bed but a double and a sofa bed which was not at all comfortable. The bathroom is flooded everytime we take a bath/shower.
