Era un lugar tranquilo, bien situado

Tuve un problema con ellos, quedamos en que me prepararían el desayuno más temprano para ir a una excursión y ni desayuno ni personal para atendernos a esa hora y la respuesta del encargado fue algo grosera, primero dijeron que sí, sin problema y luego nos dejaron tirados, espero que nos abonen el desayuno de dos personas no consumido.

I loved how there was a lady who went and cleaned our room every single day. Also, all the staff was really nice.

Es muy central, se puede ir prácticamente caminando a todos los lugares y así conocer. El desayuno fue un bonito detalle. De verdad es buena comida y sales con toda la energía para ir a caminar. La habitación limpia todos los días con toallas nuevas.

Todo bien. El wifi en el último piso no servía mucho pero lo arreglaron el último día fue el servicio técnico y ya.

The breakfast was satisfying and there was the possibility of turning the AC on. The room was quite clean.

After we arrived the employer told us we need to pay 55 MAD for taxes, like everybody does (I did not experience this in Marrakesh before!). Then we go to our ‘deluxe’ room and find out there are NO windows (technically yes but facing just another room). The air was terrible, I couldnt sleep because of the stuffiness in the room. There was an AC but we could not keep it on at all times, as it gives us a headache. In the morning, after a barely slept night, while on the toilette, we realize there were no back up toilette paper. We text the host to ask if we can leave our bags until 4 pm and dont get an answer until 5pm, saying it is ok. So naturally, we take our bags with us that whole day (13kg bags on 40 degrees outside). The woman preparing the breakfast was quite nice, however, spoke only morrocan and french, which we didnt; and after the breakfast asked for ‘5 stars review’. Like I said, decide for yourselves.
