This was a great place to stay. It is very quiet and peaceful inside and is a great break from the noise and heat of Marrakech. The room was quite basic but very clean and comfortable with AC and the shower was good. Zaid was a wonderful host - very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He even showed me some of his favourite places in the city. The Moroccan breakfast was delicious. They will also arrange trips and excursions for very reasonable prices.
The location is a little outside the very centre of the city. This may not be a disadvantage if you like somewhere a little quieter however.

The property was fine. It was the street it is located onas it is extremely car heavy.

The staff was very friendly. Easy public car-parking in the neighborhood. Convenient walking distance for visiting the Medina.
Our ground-floor room was very damp / no air. The bathroom "window" goes directly into the reception / passage area, hence needs to be kept closed. Included breakfast was mediocre.
