Good location, quiet spot in a busy area run by friendly staff.

A place without a window... Took me some time to get used to.

The property was fine. It was the street it is located onas it is extremely car heavy.

The hotel is beautiful and comfy, set a bit off the centre, which for me was an advantage, being far from the crowds. Be advised that if you don't want to take a taxi, the walk back is along very busy streets with narrow arches and pavements generally occupied by vehicles. Zaid was super helpful in everything, a very valuable element of Fatima's staff, and the girls were very discreet and kept everything super clean. As others mentioned, the water pressure in the shower is not always very strong, but I have always managed to wash myself and my hair, avoiding peak hours. For me, the most important thing was that it was always clean. A very recommendable accommodation for your holiday in Marrakech.

The staff was very friendly. Easy public car-parking in the neighborhood. Convenient walking distance for visiting the Medina.

Our ground-floor room was very damp / no air. The bathroom "window" goes directly into the reception / passage area, hence needs to be kept closed. Included breakfast was mediocre.
