Clean and spacious hotel that's affordable which is really hard to find in Penghu. We love that there is lift access to each floor with laundry room provided (paid separately). The staff are polite and greets us whenever we passed by the lobby. They were also very kind to arrange parcel shipment for our lost item found at one of the attractions to our last hotel in Taiwan (Taoyuan). Airport transfer taxi is easily arranged via agoda message (however needs to be typed in traditional Chinese). The location is also an easy walk to the eateries and guan yin ting for fireworks display. The hotel is also right in front of the airport shuttle bus stop (payable), but we didn't take it. We were there with our 4 year old, walking around the town without a stroller and it was all doable. We only rented a car when heading to the other ends of the Magong city. I have been to Penghu 3 times and this is the best hotel I've stayed in! Highly recommended!

Lost my earring in the hotel and informed the staff upon checkout. They helped to search for the item and eventually found it, even though they could have ignored it as I was already in Taipei by then. They also went out of the way to mail it to me. Excellent service! Would definitely recommend.

about 15-20 mins drive from the airport. But it is near the central where all the food places are at. Harbour is nearby to go for island hopping. 10-15mins walk to watch the Fireworks show. Great service from the staff. basic facilities but value for money.

Good location as closed to jetty and the central old street. Walking distance to Guan yin Temple where the Firework festival located. Near by with many option of food from local to fast food. Walking distance to breakfast street ard 10 mins.
Hotel used key access and have to drop key to front desk whenever to leave the hotel. Bed a bit hard type.
That is a self service laundry room with TWD100 per use
