Immaculate 1-Bed Apartment in Merthyr Tydfil

It is a roomy and very comfortable flat with the added bonus of off street parking. The bed is large and comfortable. The flat has a balcony which faces towards the west. It was very nice sitting there and enjoying the afternoon sun. It is an easy walk to the town centre.

A minor gripe were the automatic lights in the hallway and bathroom.

Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped apartment. Good view over the town and had it been warmer we would have enjoyed the balcony. Very convenient for the town centre.

The automatic light in the bathroom was irritating as it went out when you were in the shower/on the toilet.

Very spacious, clean and very comfortable. Close to town, not too close to make it noisy.

Cleanliness, was a lot to be desired, we needed to go out and buy cleaning materials to make the kitchen useable, the oven trays were so dirty we went and bought foil trays to use. The property had not been cleaned as crumbs were found under the dining room table and on the work tops. It was a shame that the automatic bathroom light would go off so quick, often leaving you in the dark, needs adjustment. We spoke to Jamie when we left the property and he appeared to take on board our concerns, and said they were getting new cleaners.
