La ubicacion,cuarto de baño nuevo,cama cómoda(el colchón no es de muelles), aire acondicionado en ambas habitaciones, salón cocina amplio y equipado.Estancia tranquila ,ventanas a patio interior con mosquiteras, acceso a la terraza buenas vistas de Sevilla.
Lavadora antigua no funciona a veces por el cierre de la puerta. Falta una mesilla en el dormitorio, solo hay una. Algunos muebles y cajones necesitan un repaso se desencajan.

Très bonne communication avec Aya (conciergerie) qui parle très bien français et a facilité notre séjour grâce à son accueil et ses conseils. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et propre. Très bonne literie + clim dans le séjour + chambre. Il est situé dans un quartier animé de la ville avec supermarché, bars et restaurants sur place et non loin du centre historique (15 mn à pied de la Cathédrale).
Voisin au-dessus un peu bruyant le dernier soir, mais ce n'a pas gâché notre séjour !

Location was great, communication was amazing and apartment was spacious.
Restroom has no ventilation and on a hot day while taking a long poo, it felt like I was in a poop sauna. The living room AC unit smells like it is blowing mold and it smells bad. Please change filter. The washer machine is ancient and is great if there had been some instructions on how to use it. I literally had to look up a PDF manual for this. The covers for the couch have definitely not been cleaned, it was gross. The shower has no barrier preventing water from spilling over into the restroom floor.
