Ruim en heel schoon appartement direct gelegen aan het plein Alameda de Hercules. Een heel gezellig en levendig plein. Het appartement is gelegen aan de achterzijde hierdoor geen hinder van geluidsoverlast van het plein. Het oude centrum is op loopafstand en ook de directe omgeving is heel sfeervol met leuke, smalle straatjes
De douche is heel klein

Geen direct daglicht dat was jammer, wel licht via de centrale binnen plaats. De badkamer was voor ons groot genoeg, ben je wat corpulenter dan is hij te klein.

L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri. Gli spazi sono curati e ben organizzati, davvero confortevole. L’host si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e gentile. La posizione è uno dei punti di forza: l’appartamento si trova in una zona strategica che permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni di Siviglia. Una scelta ideale per chi vuole vivere la città al meglio.
L’appartamento è al secondo piano e le scale per raggiungerlo sono molto ripide. Attenzione se si hanno bambini

Appartamento veramente carino e accogliente, c'è tutto,ma proprio tutto dalla lavatrice,all'asse da stiro....siamo stati veramente molto bene.walter e sua moglie sono delle persone speciali e molto accoglienti, mi hanno addirittura risolto un problema che avevo avuto con un abbonamento autobus. La casa si trova in una zona con molti ristoranti e bar c'è una bellissima atmosfera.lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.si ha quella sensazione di accoglienza familiare.
