Das Apartment liegt in einem sehr schönen Stadtteil in Sevilla, nahe genug um theoretisch zu den Hauptmonumenten in 20-30min zu gelangen, trotzdem weit genug entfernt um authentische nicht touristische Gastronomie erleben zu dürfen. Der Gebäudekomplex ist ebenfalls sehr charmant und fast schon Cliché Spanien. Die Gemeinschaftsterasse ist außerdem ein netter Bonus

Das Apartment wäre wirklich hervorragend würde etwas mehr Liebe in die Erhaltung und Pflege gesteckt werden. Einige Beispiele wären die kaputte Spüle, der schmutzige bzw. Stellenweise verschimmelte Duschboden, Ameisen im Bad, teilweise kaputte Griffe und abgegriffene Möbel usw. Zusätzlich sei angemerkt, dass das Apartment für 3 Personen schon sehr eng ist, es ist eine eindeutig bessere Option für ein Pärchen.

O apartamento é escuro, com pouca luz natural sendo necessário recorrer sempre a luz artificial. No anúncio há informação que o parque tem um custo de 45€/dia o que não é real. Felizmente questionámos antes de escolher esse parque e os proprietários informaram-nos sobre os valores reais que são muito elevados; foram gentis porque deram outras recomendações

Location was great, and really close to the old city, and it was easy to get in. Hosts were really nice and proactive with communication, so hospitality was good.

While the street/neighbourgood was quiet, the walls were really really thin, so even the boys in the backyard talking, we were able to hear them. Bathroom wasn't really that clean, and the apratment and kitchen appliances as well. Also the cleaning products were left in the kitchen of the apartment, and we were asked to take out our own trash at the end. So, cleanliess was not on the ok level for us. In the bedroom closet there were some old stuff, like it was someones house, and they left stuff there.
