It features a stylish living room with a sofa bed measuring 1.35 x 1.90 m and a small balcony with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying Seville’s wonderful weather in complete relaxation. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The exterior bedroom has two single beds, and the spacious, separate bathroom includes a shower.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
