Castellar Elegant and modern in the most authentic Seville:
Located on a historic street in the city's old town, which is part of the 'Cardo Maximus', a Roman Empire road that crossed the city from north to south. From its location, the entire historic centre of the city can be reached on foot. The old walls, the Basilica of La Macarena, the baroque jewel of San Luis de los Franceses, Santa Marina, San Marcos, the market on Calle Feria or the Alameda are all adjacent to the house. The Cathedral and the Giralda can be reached in a lovely 15-minute walk.
The area has all the services: health centre, pharmacy, ATM, food market, bakery, hardware store, old grocery stores, bars and restaurants.
The house is located in a quiet building with 10 apartments. Ours is located on the ground floor. The building is characterised by its tranquillity and independence despite its central location.
It has a large living room with a three-seater sofa, TV and a window overlooking the street, a dining room for 4 people, a fully equipped American kitchen, a bathroom with an accessible shower and a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen and living room open onto a private communal patio and the bedroom is very bright. In one area of the living room there is a sofa bed with capacity for 2 people. It is not separated from the living room like a separate bedroom. The bathroom is accessible for both rooms.
Most of the appliances and fixtures in the home are new or brand new.
During your stay you will have the services of Sevilla en Movimiento, a company specialising in housing and tourism management in Seville and Andalusia. They will be available for everything you need during your stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was a very spacious studio apartment. Very clean. The host met us at the apartment, making check in very easy. The apartment is located in the centre of Seville - ten minutes walk to the cathedral and twenty minutes walk to the train or bus station. There were many restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. Well-equipped kitchen and included a washing machine. Some of the furnishings are showing signs of age.
