    This is my 5th time staying at Zecon hotel KL

    Overall, I had a decent stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, courteous, and responsive throughout my visit. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I appreciated the prompt attention given to guest concerns. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The carpeted floor was covered with a noticeable amount of hair in multiple areas, which gave the impression that the room had not been thoroughly vacuumed or cleaned before my arrival. As a guest, cleanliness is one of the most important expectations when staying at a hotel, and finding hair on the carpet was unpleasant and raised concerns about the overall housekeeping standards. Additionally, the kettle in the room was not functioning when I arrived. Fortunately, after I reported the issue, the hotel staff responded quickly and replaced it, which I appreciated. I would suggest that the hotel place greater emphasis on housekeeping quality control, particularly with thorough vacuuming and inspection of carpeted areas before guests check in. Regular checks of in-room amenities such as kettles and other appliances would also help ensure a better guest experience.
