A front desk receptionist (local lady) that was working in the morning shift was extremely unhelpful when requested for an acknowledgement of my stay in the hotel as I needed it to submit for claims.
She told me that she has no letter head and also not even a piece of paper for me to hand write an acknowledgement of my stay.
When asked to speak to her manager, she claimed that they are in meetings and not available!
Will not recommend anyone to stay in such hotel with terrible and unfriendly service!
