    Trion Premier Suites Kuala Lumpur. Bad management. They refused to refund my money, which I paid when I booked this hotel. When I emailed them, they gave me the reason for not refunding me, even though they knew the booking wasn't our fault. I asked for a refund, but they gave me a lot of reasons. Be careful when booking this hotel. They're greedy for money.

    love the room.. it was clean, cozy and nicely set up. facilities were great and everything worked well. definitely a great stay and would come back again

    the unit was nice, its quite clean. its okay for the price. but unfortunately the staff makes me think twice to re-book with the same host. they only provide me details to check in after 4pm, which is 1 hr late from check in time and i keep waiting. the 2nd night when i come back, there's a cockroach on the counter table, i complain and they only reply me "sorry" and then they dont even give me any complimentary for the late check in time, and the un hygiene place. the staff texting with me was so messy i thought maple home already a big hospitality company, but its quite bad services, bad experience with them
