There is stairs, door of the bathroom not tall enough

They gave me what I requested. First floor because I have painful knee, cool Aircon (new) & cleanliness, quiet because away from the roadside, nonwindow, it's okay. Near staircase. Heater shower working well. Clean toilet. Only the TV was not working and no hairdryer. Clean towels. Great staff welcoming me, like an Indonesian, she is friendly and helpful. Got USB ports for charging. Very near to UCSI, my course venue. Got soap gel. Strong water supply.
The neighbour tenant closed the door LOUDLY every two hours. I woke up at 230am to tell her to close door softly. She was going up and down to take things... I donno why she can go up and down to take things. The man inside the room also used the toilet loudly, coughing and banging things inside the toilet. They only stayed one night. You think what's happening la.
