The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay apart from the air-conditioning and pillow issues.
We are staying in Room 714. The air-conditioning is not functioning properly. It has been turned on the whole day, but the room is still not cool, especially at night. We were sweating throughout the night and could not sleep well because of the heat.
In addition, the pillows are too soft and flat, making them uncomfortable and providing insufficient support during sleep.

Reasonably comfortable for the price you pay. Room is big. Breakfast was good. Ample parking and is free for guests. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Will stay again if need to be at Cheras area.

Parking was abundance, checkin and checkout was seamless, clean bedsheet, clean towels, hot shower working fine, aircond working fine. the lift was all functional. Filtered hot water dispenser (coway) available. all the basic needs are met.
the first room i was assigned had a strong tobacco smell. Later we was given a new room in which had better odor but in general the facilities in the room were old furniture, the carpet looked old, there were surfaces with burnt marks from the iron.
