Staff were good, friendly and very helpful.

1. I saw cockroaches in the room where I stayed. 2. The window blinds in the room where I stayed need to be changed. They're old and don't look clean.

The process of booking and paying at the receptionist is a little bit ok. We've got there at around 9pmish but the receptionist is not at his/her station so we've waited for around 5 minutes. The room was already reserved so we just pay them at the counter

I have some or several few points about what I didn't like. First is that when we are finished paying up our room the staff didn't mentioned our wifi password so we've ended up asking them after we settle our things in the room. Second, our room light was a little bit dimmed making the place feel creepy. Even though they've instructed us on how to get a better lighting by tapping the lights three times but still the lighting isn't enough. There are also times that the chandelier is flickering and one of our beds have a light stain on it. TV is not working though when we tried it and the airconditioning system is quite old as it uses a some sort of a ventilation shaft. Our first few nights of stay there it seems the aircondition is not working and it felt warmer and we've only had one electric fan in a room. The room is for 6 persons and it will be nice to have 2 or 3 fans in the room in case the aircondition fails. The aircondition starts functioning properly at the time where about to leave the place. We can also hear banging sounds from the other room especially during midnight. We've stayed at the 8th floor of this hotel and the counters outside is quite messy and it seems they've used it as a storage room. The whole area in which we stayed is quite old as it looks like a hospital ward or something in the past. There are also times that I am seeing some sort of shadows walking in the corners
