    I love the fluffy towels provided. However cleanliness could be improved, space under bed was dirty/dusty.

    I arrived 1 hour before the check in time, i asked the receptionist if I can stay so i can eat while i was waiting for the check in. They agreed, and later on, they let me checked in earlier. They were considerate, they probably noticed how tired and hungry i was when i arrived. They also offer free water, coffee and tea to their guest, and was available during my whole stay. They also have a microwave and refrigerator at the receiving area. The room was also clean. My room was small, but enough for me, since i was alone. Location is very near to taipei main station, so i dont need to ride a taxi from or going to the airport. Definitely, i got more than i paid for. Im happy with my stay. Thank you, HeyU Hotel. Highly recommended! Will book this again once i come back

    The room is clean and has a japanese style toilet which I like very much. Only comment is there were no person to welcome when we arrived early so we just left our things near the front desk. Find it a bit risky but nothing got lost so it was safe I guess. Another guest did the same thing as us. Had a hard time contacting the property when I needed confirmation. In return we are assigned to a very nice room with a window and view.

    房間比想像中小 沒有太多走動的空間 桌子也是小小一個 地板和牆壁看起來較老舊 也有用膠帶黏起來的地方 隔音效果不太好 常會聽到隔壁說話聲音還有一些流水聲（？ 不過服務人員態度很好 床蠻舒服的
