Cheap and Cheerful

Nice and easy to check in, most the property was clean and it was great value for money - especially considering 4 more guests could have stayed.

some areas could do with improvement (especially the bathroom and back garden)

Great location grim cooking facilities

Great views and good location.

The oven was dirty. The shelves were caked in greese and grime. Clearly, it had not been cleaned in some time. The grill pan was also dirty and not fit for use. Other issues Chipped cups and bowls. Dirty pans, cups, and plates. Crumbs in bread bin and knife rack. Hairs in bedroom drawers, some drawers are falling apart. One single bed squeaks on every move. The back garden is all weeds. A few of these things are mentioned in the precious reviews but have not been corrected. It's such a shame because the place has great potential and is in a great location.

Thoroughly enjoyable and we loved every minute.

We were welcomed earlier than check in time by the cleaner- she was so helpful and chatty. The interior of the property is beautiful. There were 4 in our party and we were very comfortable. There were 2 outside spaces and it was convenient for the town. Beautiful sea views at the front where we spent two lovely evenings. It is in a residential area and the neighbours we met were friendly and welcoming. We were very aware of noise transmission & hope that our laughter and delight did not disturb anyone. The facilities provided were more then adequate for our two night stay & we would happily stay here again.

There was some maintenance required outside. fencing would benefit from repair and painting. and one area at back was overgrown. The outside furniture could do with being a bit bigger and again could do with some maintenance . Front door had green staining on it and beading broken. Mugs in holder in kitchen chipped. There were other mugs but felt the chipped mugs should be removed/replaced. Toilet roll holder & toilet seat needs securing. I had asked if some fans could be supplied as the temperatures so high- not able to supply. None of this detracted from our stay and these are basic maintenance concerns it did not spoil our stay or reduce our delight of friends enjoying a great weekend in beautiful Tenby.

Nice area but needs work

The area was good. Liam very helpful and great arrival info.

The bungalow does need updating. Front door as we struggled with key and looks tatty for first appearance. Carpets. Shower curtain. Bedroom furniture in twin room needs replacing and kitchen saucepans and frying pan well worn. Back garden could do with a makeover. Artificial grass would definitely enhance the area.

Was okay but further out of town than expected., okay walking down but a good 20 minutes.

Self catering, parking a bonus, plenty of space for 5 people.

Front door not a good first impression as very dirty and tatty, also difficult to lock, toilet seat kept sliding about, had to wash the frying pans before use, creaky bed.

Two nights in Tenby suburbs

Good size bungalow with off-road parking. Large living area and TV in every bedroom. Good overbath shower.

No access to the front garden because the door was locked and we couldn't unlock the bathroom window. Mattresses need replacing and everywhere felt damp. Loo seat slid about. Lack of even basic condiments e.g. salt. We were warned about this but it seems unnecessarily penny pinching and unwelcoming. Decking in back garden was good but the rest is just a wasteland.

Property was great . It was a stunning little bungalow with everything you need it. Beautiful views of the beach. The only thing I could say wrong about it’s that the toilet seat kept sliding off.

Beautiful bungalow, great parking, easy to access, immaculate well equipped kitchen, plenty of space for us all and lovely minimalistic decor. Five minutes from the beach and an amazing beautiful town.

The beds were horrific and uncomfortable, they were hard and need the mattresses replacing. Would be nice to have 2 twin rooms.

Location was perfect, house was kept lovely. Any questions I had, the owner messaged me back very quickly and was so accommodating to everything.

There aren't any curtains in any of the bedrooms so we found it hard to sleep with how bright it got from 5am onwards. And there isn't a house number so it's a little confusing when you first arrive. Both minor things though, overall very happy with our stay.

We booked this bungalow for our nephews wedding, and we wanted a home from home to get ready for the big day, and it didn't disappoint. The area was lovely, a very pretty place. The bungalow was spacious with plenty of towels and bedding. Heating was easily controlled as it was very cold at night. I would recommend to family and friends and would definitely book again.

Nothing it was as we hoped. However, the only thing I would say was that the quilts on the beds were very light, but I suppose that could be a personal preference.

lovely bungalow for a break by the sea.

lovely bungalow to stay in with our 3 children, very clean and great that towels and bed linen were provided making it so easy. we would definitely book again!

Lovely bungalow with great views

Lovely modern bungalow, well equipped with great views of the sea. Not far from the centre. Good base to explore the area.

Only a few observations, a number on the bungalow would be good to help find it. A large mirror in the double bedroom or the bathroom and slightly warmer duvets especially for the winter time but nothing that spoilt our time there.

Sunday sleep over.

Greeting and welcome from the reception staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very warm and and bed was comfortable. Nice bar area with reasonable prices. Good location for shops and bars. Free parking is ideal.
