Hotel Ibis Budget Nice Palais Nikaia

The hotel was in a location with restaurant and supermarket nearby.

The location is a bit far from city. It involves a bit travel from the city and sightseeings.

The location was super being just 5 mins from Nice airport. The room was spacious and the AC was just right as it was super hot in the South of France. The room and the toilets were very clean and even the whole building was nice. Parking was underground and as I had a hire car my mind was at ease. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

It was quite noisy in the morning. I understand the building must be sound proof to a certain extent. I also think other guests should have the courtesy of not banging the doors in the morning and calling their kids from outside the room ! It is not hard not to bang the doors when going in and out of the room. If the kids are not waking up you can always open the room and go inside the room to wake them up! Think about other guests next time you are on holiday !

It was good overall for our 2 nights stay , i will prefer an exhaust fan in washroom and side bed instead of stair bed for kids

I know hotels cater for the majority of guests . We paid extra for breakfast . The only thing suitable for me ( plant based diet ) was juice black coffee and dried bread . Not even a fresh tomato . Or a plant based milk Need to do better I think . Apart from that a good nights sleep .
