Wonderful and friendly staff, from Aldo's messages pre-arrival and on the eve of arrival, to Christian's kind manner and cappuccino-making skills in the mornings, and then to Audrey's friendliness on our final morning. The staff are exceptional! Our room was nice and spacious, spotlessly clean, and it was great to have a little table to sit and place to hang up our clothes as we stayed for 4 nights. The location is in a nice and safe area and with easy bus access (#87 to Colosseo, for example) around the corner, and the Lepanto metro just 5 minutes walk away. Vatican is a lovely 15 minute walk. Felt like a little home away from home.
No complaints, except we would have preferred to stay longer!!

Basically everything about this place is wonderful. The rooms are simple yet tasteful, the breakfast is always fresh and delicious, the host is helpful and Audrey (she's responsible for the breakfast and cleaning) is super kind and friendly. Not to mention it's close to most of the main sights of Rome. I can only recommend

My stay at Relais Cola Di Rienzo
was excellent! The furnishings are quite elegant, everything was spotless, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. It’s close to Metro and bus stops. The host and staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They provided homemade cakes for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. If I come back to Rome, I’ll absolutely stay here again!

The location was perfect for our stay as we were able to walk to all the main attractions that we wanted to visit. There were plenty of restaurants nearby .
The owner was exceptionally quick in responding to our messages so top marks to him.
Audrey was absolutely fantastic, friendly , informative, helpful such a lovely person, she couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay memorable . All in all 5 stars from us
Everything , very clean and the breakfast was just right for us . Nice touch of being able to have a have a coffee and cookie when returning after a tiring days sightseeing .
