One of the few new builds so close to the beach. Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, in a private gated development of 5 other similar rental villas. The property was spacious with lovely features. The time we were there it was very hot, so we were glad for the pool. The nearby beach is very nice, not too over developed and a nice beach bar. There are places to explore by foot or car. Host was very communitive and answered anything asked of them. Thank you.

This villa was a true Oasis for me and my family (age ranging from 3 to 65 years old). The property was in a superb location and an easy short walk to the beautiful beach. Both Manfred and Tracy were easy to get ahold of and gave us great restaurant recommendations when asked.
If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean, accessible, fun and beautiful - this is the place.
Thank you Manfred and Tracy for a brilliant stay at your stunning villa. We really hope to be back again.

We were 11 people (2-76 years) for a week in March and we loved the big beautiful house, the pool (heated) and the nice large outdoor place with sun beds and the small garden. The kitchen is big and you can make any kind of food. We didn’t use the outdoor grill and think maybe it is a little to small for so many people. Manfred recommendaed to nice restaurants nearby - we were there twice at both. So lovely. It is easy to walk to the beach (700 meters) and the beach is just like a dream! It was a little hard for us that we only had two keys to the gate to the area, but we managed. Thanks so munch to Manfred who let us stay for the afternoon the last day when our flight led in the evening. It was such a relief especially with little kids. We all loved the place and our stay and will love to go back here anytime!!
