Limpeza da casa excelente.
Alojamento com ótimas condições e uma cozinha muito bem equipada, com todos os utensílios cozinha, loiças e pequenos eletrodomésticos (ex: máq. café, cafeteira elétrica, varinha mágica, batedeira, ...).
Todas as divisões da casa, incluindo sala de estar e cozinha, equipadas com ar condicionado .
Quartos com casa banho privativa e uma casa de banho de serviço junto à sala de estar.
Camas e almofadas bastante confortáveis.
A piscina é comum para cinco habitações e necessita de pequenas reparações, pois tinha alguns revestimentos soltos ou falta deles, mas nada que afete muito a sua utilização.
Ter um pouco mais de cuidado com a limpeza do jardim pois tinha algum lixo (garrafas e plásticos) deixado em alguns locais, talvez de estadias anteriores.
