Steep road to the apartment building, 4wd recommended when snowing. Not an issue for us, but good to know.

Great stay, unforgettable views and nice hosts plus property!

The host family was friendly, very helpful and polite. The location Telfes, was an hour outside Innsbruck which was excellent for the mountain views, peace and calm. Breakfast buffet was very homely, proper amount and with some traditional home made sweets and all fresh items everyday. We had the whole floor for ourselves, with the room and small balcony outside. We were on the top floor of the house, so the views were the best! The room was always clean overall, as there was house-keeping regularly. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Food and groceries were easy to find in the next town Fulpmes and we could also get food delivered to us.

Public transportation is not so frequest. The tram is every hour and the last one from Innsbruck is around 8PM. Buses are available too, but with a different route and covers different zones, which means different costs. It was difficult to understand the costs between tram and bus rides.

Great stay in the Tyrolean Alps

Amazing place for relaxing time in the mountains. The room is very clean and cozy; the host very polite and available for every need. The structure is located in an amazing place, close to the mountains, to the ski slopes and well connected to Innsbruck with a usefull train. Thank you for all! Absolutely recomended.

Nice and calm location still close to the town, great and helpful owners. Rooms are designated so smart comparing the space, amazing view.Tasty and rich breakfast every day. Good price for everything you get there. Whole building is so cosy. Owners turned on the heater for ski shoes even we were alone there. I will be definitely back for my next trip to this area.

Lovely comfortable appartement with balcony with views of the mountains. We had breakfast and dinner outside on the balcony. The owners are really nice and helpful. A very well equiped kitchen with everything you may need to make a nice meal. Very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed.

Infinitely cozy place! The house is located in a beautiful alpine valley surrounded by majestic mountains. Tasty air, beautiful view, convenient location. Nearby is the ski resort "Schlick 2000". Thank You for your attitude, which added charm to the holidays! I hope to come to you again!

Nice place for my Stubaital visit.

My room was really nice and tidy. Room was cleaned every day, which was a nice surprise. Staff was really friendly and nice. Very quiet location on hillside, car is a must.

Fantastisch verblijf in het Stubaital

Prachtige locatie, rustig, goed ingericht en een ruim balkon om buiten te genieten. Veilige parkeerplaats voor de motor. De eigenaars zijn heel betrokken en vriendelijk, alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Absolute aanrader in deze regio!

Todella sympaattinen ja viihtyisä paikka! Talon omistajat olivat erittäin ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Hyvä aamupala ja erityisesti itse tehty kakku maistui. Huoneesta kauniit näköalat vuorille.

Nous voyageons beaucoup et il nous est façile de comparer les différentes locations. Et bien celui-ci est la meilleure! On ne peut qu'utiliser des superlatifs pour parler du paysage , de l'extérieur de la maison, de l'intérieur, de la qualité du petit-déjeuner et surtout de la gentillesse des propriétaires.On a eu même droit à la visite pédagogique de la ferme!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, der durch sehr nette Gastgeber perfekt wurde.

Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit Möglichkeit zum selbstkochen. Zudem sehr sauber! Frühstück war sehr gut. Täglich Abwechslung drin und ausreichend Auswahl. Gastgeber sind das Highlight des Aufenthalts. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Eigentümer haben das Haus perfekt geheizt. Die Unterkunft war in einem guten Zustand.

Mir gefielen die Lage, die Besitzer, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, die tolle Aussicht und die hervorragende Reinigung.

Das einzige, was fehlte, war ein härteres Kissen. Aber das ist mein persönliches Gefühl.
